Johan Nordström Verktøymaskiner AS is a subsidiary of Johan Nordström Verktygsmaskiner AB, which has been active since 1955, as well as a sister company to TechPoint Systemteknik AB, which sells tools and accessories for the workshop industry.
Johan Nordström Verktøymaskiner AS was founded in 2020 and is a supplier of world-leading manufacturers of high-quality products in the machine tool industry.
Mainly represents manufacturers of chip-removing machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinding machines and multi-operation machines.
We are also helpful in reviewing their products for choosing the right machine, fixtures and automation solutions.
History
1955. Johan Nordström founds the company. Since its inception, the company has traded in sponge-cutting machine tools.
1964. The company moves to Stockholm's "new city" at Sergels Torg.
1980. Change of generation to Lars-Göran Nordström and Lars Ingelson.
1984. The company moves to its own property in Sollentuna.
1989. Lars-Göran Nordström sells his share to Lars Ingelson.
2000. Establishment of the sister company TechPoint for trade in tools and accessories for machine tools.
2014. Peter Öfverstedt takes over the position of managing director after Lars Ingelson, who remains as chairman and owner.
